Sensing Emotions

Imagine you can stress out your friend, believe me, you can hack others emotion. Not hack in the sense you might be thinking but the strategy that we will talk about will help you significantly in your life. The ideas are simple, sounds ridiculous yet they are effective. So let’s begin: 1.            Body language: Emotion is the body in motion. Our emotional change can create change in our motion. To understand this we need to understand our brain, whenever some change occurs in our minds there is a change in physiology so the opposite is also true if there is a change in physiology then there occurs a change in mentality. If you observe winners or the Olympic athlete who recently won their race you will see open body language, they move their head and hands upward and creates happiness physiology. They don’t make this body language intentionally it happens subconsciously. And if you observe any guy who is pissed off or see y...

Why reading culture is essential for growth.

We are an average of five people we surround with”. If you want to know anyone's salary then add the salary of their 5 friends divide it by 5 you will get that number or you just want to know any status of a person then look at the average of his/her close friend and you will get your answer. We are literally a result of our friendship and influence so if anyone wants to be great then there shall be a friendship of great people. But how can it be practical for us? Well, it can be if you start reading. Remember, when you are reading you are listening to people who have accomplished something great in their life you get to be like a friend of the other and yes you get in the right influence. The reason I love books is that someone has his lifetime knowledge and he captures in the form of the book through a decade of work and we can get all that information through it.   When you look at the average person they read around 2 to 3 books a year whereas the average CEO reads...

HEALTH AND ENERGY

HEALTH AND ENERGY  (Why we should not eat rice and meat together? What are the things that we are doing wrong?) Talking about food, why is a very healthy diet essential? Imagine you have the best bike in the world and what you are doing is you are putting Diesel instead of Petrol, will it work? It will but for short term anyway it won’t work properly. And same is the case with our body and brain if we will not give it a proper food then same thing will happen. Let me talk about Steven Smith, a medical doctor he said, “Take care of your stomach for the first fifty years, and it will take care of you for next fifty years”.See here, we need energy to do great works or if we want progress in life. But want is happening is that we are doing everything wrong. We are taking wrong diet and because of which all our energy is being wasted on digestion of unhealthy diet that we consume, result we don’t have any remaining energy to do great works. There are so many things that we are doing...

Technological Dilemma

I have  always heard about how frustrating the world has become and how uncertain existence is with the world being worse than ever before. Was always told people are becoming more dishonest and trusting strangers is stupidity. With all negative news on media, I always believed this, and thoughts about the future and the world always troubled me. There was always the fear of uncertainty in the future. I love technology but always felt that the technology that we have till now is absolutely fine and we don’t have to furthermore expand on it. I was always worried about computers being sharper than the human mind and innovation destroying people’s jobs and happiness. But little thoughtfulness, books, right facts, and a positive environment have changed my whole perspective on this. Let me tell you why the world is being better; life expectancy has been rising with child mortality falling, fertility rates are decreasing then ever before, GDP growth accelerating in a developed co...

Should Rapists Be Hanged ?

Women safety has been a matter of debate for almost an eternity now . Women all around the globe at some point of time in their lives have faced sexual harrasment, sexism, abuse and other forms of abuse or harrasment . Though society has become a bit more liberal and accepting than in the past but violence against women are only increasing. Rape cases are at all time peak ,justice for the victims is delayed or outright denied. So, how could we stop  this ? How can we ensure safety of women all around the globe? Most people today think that death penalty is the only way forward to stop this. It just shows how much we love violence though we have transcended ourselves from Chimpanzees to humans but we still have that animal instinct. And I could not help but laugh when people pitch this insane idea to stop rapes.Let me  throw some stats if you believe that death penalties stop rape. China has highest    31,833   rapes per year though china has most number of death p...

Has student politics in Nepal lost its relevance??

If we flip through the pages of  nepal's history ,to figure out how significant students movements/politics has been to  fight against the then current administration and to bring societal change  is not difficult at all. It would be rather  unfair not to give credit to the then student activism which made nepal today a secular democratic and republican nation.  Not only in Nepal if we look closely all around the globe student activism has played  a huge part in bringing changes unimaginable ,youths/students have always carried that burden on their shoulder to pressurize those in power to work in favour of the people . Switching back to nepal's context student activism dates all the way back to Rana Regime it was in 2004 BS asar 1st  the first student movement was embarked named 'Jayatu Sanskritam ' demanding democracy and inclusion of subjects such as english, geography, maths and science  among others in the curriculum of Rajakiya Sanskrit Vidha...

High School Love (Poem)

I stepped into high school with heart full of fear And through the crowd I saw her Maybe I knew it right then, She could be my first high school love.  Her charm, her grace ,everything made me fall hard for her.  My First Day was quite fine  I wouldn't lie he wasn't a choice of mine. New place ,new people and new life  But love, love wasn't something of my type . One Fine day , I saw her again  With all my guts ,I picked myself up  But I couldn't utter a word  Since I was infront of my first crush ,my first high school love. But I started the conversation  And he listened to me with all his concentration. Soon he'd talk to me through calls and texts And I couldn't  help it ,and we became best of friends.  Soon friendship turned into "Love" Something that was never a part of interest of her  But I saw her change through time  Now she was gradually ,gradually was becoming mine . OHH! And I remember how we walked past the 29...

RICH DAD POOR DAD, Robert Kiyosaki(Book Review)

RICH DAD POOR DAD, Robert Kiyosaki Robert Kiyosaki had two  dads. One  which he called rich dad and another  poor. He  listened to his rich dad idea and he ultimately became  rich. The  entire idea that I am going to share is based on Robert’s rich dad idea. Let us know about two words i.e. Assets and Liabilities. Assets are the thing that will bring or attract money in your pocket whereas liabilities are the thing that will make you lose some money from your pocket. Talking about liabilities, Car is a liability, you bought a car now every month you will lose some money in the name of tax of that car, you will lose money in the name of fuel and every time you are losing some money from your pocket because you brought that car and that car is  liabilities. So , liabilities are the thing that will make you lose some money from your pocket. Talking about assets, the property is an asset...

“MS Dhoni: The Untold Story”

‘Ms Dhoni:The Untold Story’ is a bollywood biographical movie based on the life of legendary cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni. I was really inspired by the movie; being an aspiring cricketer myself I could relate to the struggles that Dhoni had gone through in his early days. Belonging from a lower-middle-class background he had to earn money for his family. His father was a pump operator and his mother was a housewife. Due to financial burden being so high, taking cricket as a career was a huge risk according to his father .But later on when he realised Dhoni’s potential in cricket, he supported his child. Dhoni struggled a lot to reach where he is standing today, tackling all the obstacles like weak financial condition and politically influenced cricket boards and still coming out on top. I have always admired MS Dhoni, it was because of him that I started playing cricket. I was eagerly waiting for his movie and wanted to go to the first show, so I booked my tickets a week before in th...
